Had known Michael since 2001, when he was running Mitchells in Hornchurch, then when he went to Rayleigh. Michael could talk and talk about all different subjects, even the ones he didn't know to much about. Above all he was a good listener and he always made time when ever I bumped into him. I will miss that I won't be sitting in his barbers chair again. Rest In Peace

I only found out yesterday, Jx & I are heartbroken. You will be missed my friend and never forgotten; I will always treasure the time we spent since meeting you at Primrose Lodge in 2018, you made me laugh and you are and always be a diamond geezer. Rich & Jx xxx

I visited the shop every few weeks since it opened and every visit was memorable, listening to your stories, chatting about football, family and everything in-between. One of the funniest, honest and most genuine decent bloke I've met. You will be missed mate.
